  • Shipping & Delivery
  • We try to ship orders within 24 hours. Weekend and Holiday purchases will ship the next business day. Your tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships so you can track your order on its way to it's destination. At this time, CPAP Battery Store ships merchandise to locations within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.


  • Return Policy
  • CPAP Battery Store.com stands behind the products we offer. If you receive an item that you believe is defective, contact us at once by emailing sales@cpapbatterystore.com. We will arrange for the item to be replaced and the defective item returned to us for evaluation.

    CPAP Battery Store will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that any product that has been opened can not be returned.
